Timothy Skiver

Timothy “Tim” Arthur Skiver 74, of Redkey, Indiana passed away on January 27, 2025, at D.M.C. Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit Michigan.

Tim was born in Union City, Indiana on December 31, 1950, to the late Dilman Skiver and Betty June (Ellis) Ruland.

Tim graduated from U.C.C.H.S class of 1969, worked as an artist for Disney World in Orlando Florida, and was apprentice of painter’s union of allied trade in Orlando, Florida, and was a member of the American Legion in Redkey, Indiana.

Tim is survived by a sister Tori (Skiver) Ruiz of Redkey, IN, two brothers Neil (Karen) Skiver of Greenville, OH, John M. Skiver of Union City, five nieces Sherry (Craig) Wendell, Daun Ditty, Timara N.L. Ruiz, Keila M. Garcia, Melanie Skiver, two nephews Shannon Skiver, several great nieces and nephews, close cousin Linda Morgan; 2 ½ sisters Sabrina Skiver and Tonya Skiver; 3 step sisters Donna Ortiz, Viva Youngblood and Pam Green.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday February 12, 2025, from 4-6 pm, at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN 47390. A memorial service will follow at 6:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
