Sylvia Middaugh

Sylvia C. McCartney Middaugh, 93, passed away Saturday May 11, 2013 at the Waters of Yorktown care facility.

She was born February 15, 1920 in Randolph County, Ind. to the late Everett and Alma Garinger Fenimore.

Survivors include a son, David T. (Jane) McCartney, and a daughter, Karen (Wally) Evans both of Yorktown, Ind.; two step daughters, Claudia McGill and Valerie Philpot; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and a sister, Shirley Tharp of Ridgeville, Ind. also survive.

Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, Richard McCartney, 2nd husband, Darwin Middaugh; a son, Mark McCartney, an infant daughter, Myra McCartney; 3 brothers and 5 sisters.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday May 14, 2013 at the Weimer Cemetery in Saratoga, Ind. Online condolences may be expressed at www.reichardfh.com. Reichard Funeral Home Inc. entrusted with services.
