GREENVILLE - Ronald Hetzler, 82, passed away Thursday May 27, 2021. He was born August 29, 1938 in Lightsville, OH son of the late Verl and Edna Schlamb Hetzler.
Ron worked at New Idea in Coldwater for 37+ years and was a lifelong farmer.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Jeff (Mia) Hetzler of Bellbrook, OH, Phil Hetzler of Chester, VA, Bruce (Ellen) Hetzler of Greenville, OH; grandchildren, Jeremy (Britiany) Haskin, Eric (Ashlee) Hetzler, Nicholas (Kaela) Hetzler, Melissa (Trevor) Burton, Michael (Lauren) Hetzler, Joshua (Madison) Hetzler, Ashlee (Matt) Brinley, Alexa (Kyle) Jordan, Aireca (Paul) Combs; 19 great grandchildren; two brothers, Gary (Carmen) Hetzler of Lancaster, OH, Darrel (Brenda) Hetzler of Jamestown, OH.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Petry Hetzler; step mother, Elinor Kier Hetzler; and sister, Marjorie (Walter) Threewits.
Graveside services are 12:00 Noon Thursday June 3, 2021 at the Greenville-Union Cemetery in Greenville, OH.
