Roger Dale Fields

Roger Dale Fields, 79, of Union City, Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by family Thursday May 4, 2023, at his residence. He was born January 20, 1944, son of the late Dale and Sarah Foltz Fields.

 Roger worked at Maul Technology for 43 years, was a farmer, and also owned and operated his own Limousine service for 34 years. He attended the Ansonia First Church of God, enjoyed gardening, spending time with family, taking mission trips, and sharing his faith with others.

 Left to cherish his memory are his wife; Cynthia Fields, children Michael (Kristen) Fields of Union City, IN, Sherri (Justin) Yantis of Arcanum, OH, and Candy (Steve) Bolyard of Greenville, OH; grandchildren, Austin (Taylor) Traenkle of Cridersville, OH, Megan McFaddin of Arcanum, OH, Lane McFaddin of Arcanum, OH, Cassey Bolyard of Tiffin, OH, Nikole (Dylan) Smith of Marion, OH and a great grandchild, Ellie Traenkle of Cridersville, OH.  Stepchildren, Tony (Denise) Mart of Union City, IN and Tammy Ayers of Greenville, OH; step grandchildren, Michael Ayers of TN, Adam Ayers of New Albany, OH, Melissa (Tony) Rhomer of Centerville, OH, and Danny (Bethany) Mart of Union City, IN; siblings Roy (Linda) Fields, Edna North, and sister-in-law Darla Fields.

 Roger was preceded in death by his parents, and his 1^st wife Barbara Ann Rohrbach Fields and a brother Paul Fields.

 Visitation is Tuesday, May 9 from 4-7 PM at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc., and one hour prior to services at the church. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Ansonia First Church of God with Rev. Rick Rufenacht officiating. Burial will follow in the Brick Memorial Park Cemetery Union City, IN.
