Rickey Michael Eliton, 41, of Union City, Ohio passed away Wednesday February 1, 2012 at his residence. He was born June 17, 1970 in Richmond, Indiana to the late Andrew Pegues and Bobbie Martin Eliton. Rickey was raised by Terry and Pam Hillard after his parents passed away. Rickey worked at Wayne Dairy in Richmond, Indiana for the last 14 Yrs. He also worked as a Security Guard at Frank Miller Lumber Company in Union City, Indiana.
Rickey attended Richmond High School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing cards. He loved and enjoyed his grandchildren and family very much.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 12 Yrs., Nikki Ford Eliton, Children; Matthew Houser of Richmond, Indiana, Tyler Eliton of U.C., Indiana, Keaton Mohler of Richmond, Indiana, Alexis Eliton of Greenville, Ohio. Stepson; Trent Heitkamp of U.C., Ohio. 3 Grandchildren; Tydreck Houser, Tymere Eliton and Jaxen Houser. Brothers and Sisters; Barbara (David) Meece of Richmond, Indiana, Pam (Jeff Osborne) Hillard of Roundhead, Ohio, Connie Wyatt of Richmond, Indiana, Mary Pegues of Richmond, Indiana, Ramona (Robert) Pegues-Ponder of Orlando, Florida, Ann Louise Blancher of Tupelo, Miss., Violeta (Larry) Pegues Strong of Powder Springs, Georgia, Andrew Pegues of Michigan, Michael (Jondine) Pegues of Columbus, Ohio, Jay (Amelia) Eliton of Richmond, Indiana. Mother and Father-in-law; Bobby & Terry Ford of U.C., Ohio, 2 Sister-in-laws; Angie(Larry) LeMaster of U.C.,Ohio, Robin (Zeke) Simunouic of Sarasota, Florida, Brother-in-law; Matt (Emily) Ford of Apollo Beach, Florida. Several Nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and Terry Hillard who helped raise him.
Visitation for Rickey will be from 4-8 P.M. Sunday Feb. 6, 2012 at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc. 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, Indiana. GRAVESIDE SERVICES will be held at 11:00 AM Monday Feb. 6, 2012 at Earlham Cemetery, 1101 National Road W., Richmond, IN 47374 with Rev. Susan Deverall officiating.
