Rachel I Gwin

Rachel I. Gwin, 75, of Union City, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Sunday March 15, 2015 at Wayne Hospital.  She was born September 23, 1939 to the late Abe and Virgil Austin Harter.
  Rachel leaves to cherish her memory; children, Karen (David) Gray of Union City, OH, Kevin (Sara) Gwin of Arcanum, OH, Michael Gwin of Union City, IN.; siblings, Phil (Connie) Harter of Fayetteville, NC, Linda Hickey of Jacksonville, FL, Diana Vansickle of Tennessee; half sister, Sue Ella; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; Best friends, Loretta Williams and Barb Hickey.
  She was preceded by her parents, husband James M. Gwin “2001,” a sister Michel Harter and a brother Roscoe Harter.
  Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Wednesday March 18, 2015 at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc. 400 W. Deerfield Rd. Union City, IN.  Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday also at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Spartanburg Cemetery.
