(Debbie) Blankley and Matt (Koren) Blankley both of Union City, IN.  Two Grandchildren, Libby and Emma Blankley, two step grandchildren, Rachel Peace and Amy (Jason) Dowler.  One brother, Kenneth P. McMillan of Hartford City, IN.  Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
