UNION CITY - Norman L. “Sam†Keen, 76, passed away Monday Feb. 1st, at Wayne Hospital in Greenville, Ohio.
He was born May 6, 1939 in Randolph County, the son of the late Arthur W. and Betty Louise Lare Keen.
Norman was self employed as a Painting Contractor.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Eileen Shepard Keen; three sons, James A. (Loralee) Keen, Todd A. (JoAnn) Keen, Sammy (Sherry) Keen, all of Union City, Ohio; grandchildren, Jami (Chuck) Seiber, Kelsey Keen, Holly Crabtree, Todd A. Keen, James A. Keen, Samantha K. Keen, Sydney Keen and Stevi Keen; 3 great grandchildren, Cash Jenkinson, Natalie Seiber, and Carter Lewis; and a sister, Sue (James) Sanders of Portland, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Matthew Lewis.
Visitation is 5-8 P.M. Thursday Feb. 4 at Reichard Funeral Home Inc., 400 W. Deerfield Rd., Union City. Services are 10:30 A.M. Friday also at the Funeral Home with the Rev. George Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at the Springhill Cemetery.
