  Noreene, born July 20, 1930 to Thomas and Ethel (Chamness) Boyce passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016 in Winchester, IN.  
  Noreene made her home in the Richmond area and in 2000 moved to Union City, Indiana.  The majority of her life was spent being a homemaker and caregiver.  She fostered many children in the Wayne County area and had an immense love for animals, rescuing and caring for many.  She also was briefly employed for Holy Family Catholic Church.  
  Noreene is survived by her husband, Willard Price, children Tom Fisher of Richmond, Steven (Brenda) Fisher of Richmond, Reverend Mark (Susan) Fisher of Indianapolis, Indiana, daughter Susan (Brian) Alexander of Richmond.  She leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.  
  Noreene was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Harold Fisher, her brothers, Reverend John Thomas Boyce and William Boyce, and three sons, Jonathon Fisher, Kevin Fisher, and Williams (Bill) Fisher. 
  Services will be held at 1 p.m., December 7, 2016 at the Reichard Funeral Home, 400 West Deerfield Road, Union City, IN 47390. Reverend Mark Fisher will be officiating.  Friends may call from 12 noon – 1 p.m.  Burial will take place at Fairfield Cemetery in Greensfork, IN.
