Nickola S Meredith

Nickola S. “Nikki” Meredith, 66, passed away Saturday November 15, 2014 at her home following an extended illness. She was born August 11, 1948 in Union City, IN to the late John Meredith and Eileen (Chattin) Thomas. Nikki retired after 30 years of teaching Math in the Dayton Public School System. 

Survivors include her sister Jan R. Livingston of Union City, IN, nephew Matthew D. (wife, Angie) Livingston of Greenville, OH, great nephew Haiden Livingston, and a special cousin Steven (wife Ann) Smith of Columbus, OH. Also, a special thanks to State of the Heart Hospice and special friends Jerry and Diane Duncan for your care for Nikki the last weeks of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, step father Bill Thomas, her brother in law David Livingston, and special cousin Terri Martin.

There will be no public services. A private burial will be at the convenience of the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Greenville or First Presbyterian Church, Union City, IN.
