L. Ann Taylor

L. ANN TAYLOR, 86, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Friday September 25, 2015 at Friendship Village in Columbus, Ohio.  She was born July 22, 1929 in Union City, Indiana the daughter of the late John J. & Margaret Stack Haselmire.  Ann worked as a Doctor’s Assistant for 18 Yrs. and was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church on Sharon Woods Blvd. in Columbus, Ohio.
   Survivors include; children, John R. (Cheryl) Taylor of Monroe, Michigan, Thomas M. (Lisa) Taylor of Columbus, Ohio, Catherine A. (Tom) Washbush of Dublin, Ohio; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
  Ann was preceded by her parents; husband, William E. Taylor “1978;” 2 sisters, Nora Haselmire and Mary Hart; 3 brothers, Eddie Haselmire, Joe Haselmire and Jack Haselmire.
  Mass for Ann will be 1:30 P.M. Tuesday September 29, 2015 at St Mary’s Catholic Church in Union City, Indiana with Visitation from 12:00 Noon - 1:00 P.M. at Reichard Funeral Home Inc. 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, Indiana. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Union City, Indiana.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to; Ohio Health Hospice in Columbus, Ohio with envelopes available at the funeral home.
