Keith Eldon Stump

KEITH ELDON STUMP, 87, passed away Saturday September 17, 2016 at Heartland Nursing Home in Greenville, Ohio. He was born November 11, 1928, in Ft. Recovery, Ohio to the late Prosper E. & Lucy Evitts Stump. Keith worked at the Union City Body Company in Union City, Indiana for 31 years as a supervisor, also in Dayton, Ohio as a construction worker building bridges. He was a member of the Word of Life Worship Center in Union City, Ohio, loved carpentry, playing cards, the Cincinnati Reds, and watching his grandchildren play sports.
He is survived by his wife of 67 yrs., Donna Martin Stump; children, Michael E. (Brenda) Stump of Greenville, Ohio, Linda (Ron Moore) Stump of U.C., Indiana, Patty Ditty of New Madison, Ohio; grandchildren, Michael K. (Melanie) Stump, William Stump, Hope (Lyle) Eyer, Valerie Trump, Keary Stump, Nicki (Bobby) Purvis, Lisa Porter, Cory Stump, Gini (Richie) Aldacosta, David (Lesa) Trump, Sarah Ditty, Emily Schmitt, Amber (Jeff) Hileman; 32 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; a sister, Katie Schrolucke of New Knoxville, Ohio; a brother, Gail (Hazel) Stump of Greenville, Ohio.
Keith was preceded by his parents; a son, Timmy Lee Stump “2004;” granddaughter, Casi Lee Stump; 4 sisters, Annabelle Mote, Evelyn Middaugh,  Jenola Miller and Duetta Hollinger.
Services are 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc., 400 W. Deerfield Road, Union City, Indiana. Calling will be from 4:00 p.m. until time of service Wednesday also at the funeral home with the Rev. George Hughes officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Union City Ohio Fire and Rescue Squad with envelopes at the Funeral Home. Burial will be held later at the convenience of the family.
