Juan Nunez

Juan F. Nunez, of Pharr, Texas unexpectedly passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025, at the age of 80 in Winchester, Indiana. He was born on May 16, 1944, to Guadalupe and Gregoria Nunez. 

Juan was a man who found his greatest joys within his family. He was the quintessential example of hard work and dedication, working two or three jobs at times. His work ethic was unparalleled, often working long hours to ensure security and comfort for his family in the world of Agra business as an application specialist.

Juan was a dedicated husband to Esmerejilda “Mary”, his loving wife of 56 years, and devoted father to Ray (Faye), Rosalinda (Steve), Juan Jr., Olga, Mike (Stephanie), and Senaida (Scott). He was a proud grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Juan also leaves behind siblings Reme Farias, Paul Nunez, Irene Pena, Carmen Clock, and Guadalupe Nunez Jr.

While Juan is no longer with us in body, he leaves behind all his skills and life lessons that he instilled in his children. His hard work and dedication will continue to be carried on through his children and grandchildren who he was so proud of.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday February 20, 2025, from 5-7pm at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN 47390.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church 425 W. Hickory Street Union City, IN on Friday February 21, 2025, at 10:30 am.

Burial will be held at Santa Cruz Cemetery in Waco, TX.
