Joyce Ann James

Joyce A. James 88 of Union City, Indiana passed away on Monday August 19, 2024, at Ambassador Healthcare in Centerville, Indiana. She was born on May 29, 1936, in Richmond, Indiana, daughter of the late Wilbert & Mary Ghearing Moore.

Joyce was a graduate of Wayne High School. She enjoyed making crafts, attending craft shows, bingo, playing cards, family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren. 

Survivors include her Husband Jerry James, sons Tim (Cindy) Cox of Richmond, IN, Greg (Debra) Cox of Chillicothe, OH, brother Ron “Kinky” (Marla) Moore of Union City, IN, grandchildren Michelle, Kacey, Lillian, Haedyn, Mackenzie, Angella, Brooklynne, Colton, Gabby, Zara, Krystal, Timothy, Travis, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Wanda Reichard.

The family will receive visitors on Friday August 23, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Reichard Funeral Home 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN. 

Immediately following the time of visitation, a Funeral Service to celebrate Joyces life will begin at 1:00 pm. The burial will take place at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
