Josh was always on the go. He worked 5 years at Belden in Richmond, IN. He was very mechanically inclined and enjoyed fixing vehicles and helping others when needed. In his spare time he would ride his Harley to concerts listening to bands, cut firewood, lawn maintenance, riding the four wheeler, and spend time with friends. He grew a vegetable garden and canned his harvest, while raising chickens. He was big when it came to Ford trucks. He enjoyed his long companionship with his West Highland Terrier, Maddie.
Survivors include his mother Robin Hufnagle of Winchester, sister; Ashley Hufnagle of Winchester, uncles and aunts; Stanley (Gretchen) Hendrickson, of Winchester, Joe Paxton, of Winchester, Libby Gainer, of Winchester, nephews; Ethan Carpenter, Trenton Nix, of Winchester, and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Jack Hufnagle, grandparents; Lee (Bernice) Canada, John (Mildred) Hufnagle, step grandpa; Basil York, great grandparent; Edith Grote, aunts and uncles; (Joe) Carole Mills, Sheila Paxton and Elmer Gainer.
Friends may visit from 5 pm to 8 pm on Thursday June 30, 2022 at Reichard Funeral Home, 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, IN 47390.
Funeral services will take place on Friday July 1, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Spartanburg Cemetery.
