He was employed at Lynn Elevator & Transport.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Memorial services are 5:00 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Reichard Funeral Home Inc., 400 W. Deerfield Rd., Union City, IN, with Rev. Luke McKeeth. Randolph County Honor Guard with Military Rites.
Visitation is 2-5 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family for expenses with envelopes at the funeral home.
