JANICE L. THEURER, 74, of Portland, Indiana passed away Wednesday April 19th at I.U. Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. Janice was born August 31st, 1942 in Darke County, Ohio to the late Lowell & Virginia Sears Wright. She worked at F.C.C. in Portland, Indiana and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Janice loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 13 Yrs., William D. Theurer; children, Barbara (Brian) Hollowell-Portland, Indiana, Cathy (David Combs) Cunningham-U.C.,Indiana, Brian (Jessie) Jessup-Portland, Indiana; step children, Tiea Theurer, Erik (Krista) Theurer, Tim (Jackie) Jessup, Brad (Helen) Jessup; grandchildren, Taner (Holly) Garringer, Tayler, Garringer, Cassie McCowan, Mackenize Hodge, Lance McCowan, Calvin Jessup, Bentley Jessup, Jackson Theurer, Brody Theurer, Bailey Hollowell;  2 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Jerald (Helen) Wright-Greenville, Ohio, James (Simi) Wright-Sweetwater, Tenn., Crist (Michelle) Wright-Tipton, Indiana; nieces and nephews also.
Preceded by parents; 2nd husband, William Jessup "1996."
Visitation is 4-7 P.M. Sunday April 23rd, 2017 at Reichard Funeral Home Inc., 400 W. Deerfield Rd., Union City, IN. Services are 11:00 A.M. Monday April 24th, 2017 also at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Strietelmeier and Rev. Hugh Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in the New Pittsburg Cemetery.
