Eileen Thomas, 83

Eileen (Chattin) Thomas, 83, of Greenville, OH passed away Monday, August 08, 2011 at Wayne Healthcare in Greenville following an extended illness. She was born July 21, 1928 in Union City, IN, the daughter of Clyde N. and Mabel (Rogers) Chattin. She was a graduate of Broad Ripple High School in Indianapolis, IN. She attended Ball State University.

She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters Nikki Meredith and Jan (the late David) Livingston, both of Union City, IN; a grandson Matthew Livingston (wife Angie) of Greenville, OH; one great grandson; one sister Anne (Chattin) Smith of Union City, OH; a sister in law Martha Chattin of Indianapolis, IN; a beloved nephew Steven L. Smith (wife Anne) of Columbus, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Bill S.  Thomas in 2009; also one sister Martha Jane Cole; two brothers Dr. Robert N. Chattin and Dr. William R. Chattin; beloved niece Teri (Smith) Martin.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your favorite charity.  No Public Calling hours.  Reichard Funeral Home Inc. entrusted with services.
