Geraldine Ruth Threewits

Geraldine Ruth Threewits 87, of Union City, OH, passed away on December 20, 2021 at Wayne Hospital. She was born on December 11, 1934 to the late Gerald Lenker and Ruth (DeWeese) Lenker. She married Lowell Threewits on November 14, 1954.

Her hobbies include gardening, attending craft shows, and spending time with family. She was a member of the Harrisville Congregational Christian church where she helped with bible school crafts. She also enjoyed being a member of the Sun'N Fun Garden Club for many years, especially helping with the flower shows in the coliseum at the Darke County Fair.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years Lowell Threewits, children; Keith (Charlotte) Threewits, and Rick (Susan) Threewits both of Union City, OH, grandchildren; Kevin, Caleb, Ethan, Errol, Anna, Adson, Amy, Megan, thirteen great grandchildren, brothers; Robert Lenker of Oregon, David Lenker of plymouth, IN, sisters; Mary Ritchey of North Manchester, IN, and Naoma Voke of Greenville, OH.

She was preceded in death by her four brothers Eugene, Paul, Joe, and Marvin Lenker.

Visiting hours will take place on Monday December 27, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Reichard Funeral Home, 400 W. Deerfield Road, Union City, IN 47390.
Funeral Services will on Tuesday December 28, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home with pastor Coleman Smith officiating.

Burial will take place at Teegarden Cemetery, Ansonia, OH.
