Gary L Gibson

Gary L. Gibson, 67, of Union City, Ind., passed away Tuesday April 21, 2015.  He was born in Greenville, Ohio November 24, 1947, son of the late Taft Starr and Lavera Cedila (Booker) Gibson. He worked for Crow’s and Dekalb for 20+ years.
He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Brenda (Chris) Davis of Mascoutah, IL; step-children, Brad Cottrell and Beth Cooley; grandchildren, Jacob Davis, Jamey, Jordan and Ryan Gibson, Matthew and Elizabeth Prewitt, daughter-in-law Valerie Gibson; siblings, Jerry Gibson of Texas, Virginia (Ronnie) Whitesel of Union City, Ind., Vera (Bill) Abel and Velma (Robert) Breymier both of Union City, Ohio; nieces, nephews, cousins and other family also.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Anita Whittington Gibson “1983,” son Brien L. Gibson “2015,” and a sister Marilyn Sheilds “2015.”
Services are 2:00 p.m. Friday at Reichard Funeral Home Inc. with visitation one hour prior to services. Pastor Ron Davis will be officiating with burial to follow at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens. Reichard Funeral Home Inc. entrusted with services.
