Florence Ethel Witter

  Florence Ethel Witter, 87, passed away December 24, 2014 at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center in Winchester, Indiana. Florence was born February 23, 1927 in Darke County, Ohio the daughter of the late George W. & Rosa (Vanatta) Newbauer. Florence worked at the Randolph County Court House for 15 yrs.  She attended Mount Zion Methodist Church in Winchester, Indiana and loved spending time with her family.
  Survivors include; a daughter, Jane McGill of Union City, Indiana; a son, Mark (Cary) Witter also of Union City, Indiana; grandchildren, Tracey Jane Fulton and Kevin (Jordan) Law; 5 great grandchildren, Cody Wolber, Bryson Law, Megan Fulton, Dustin Fulton and Lane Fulton; a sister, Georgianna Hotmire of Union City, Indiana; nieces and nephews also survive.

  She was preceded by parents; husband Albert Witter “2006;” a son-in-law, Art McGill; sisters, Mabel Mangas and Edith Huffer; 7 brothers, Albert, William, Willard, Raymond, Issac, Robert, and Forrest Newbauer.
  Services are 2:00 p.m. Saturday December 27, 2014 at Reichard Funeral Home Inc. 400 W. Deerfield Road Union City, Indiana. Visitation is 1 hour prior to services also at the funeral Home. Burial will be in Spartanburg Cemetery with the Rev.
