She was born September 27, 1939 to Thurl (Curly) and Hazel (Teeter) Bradburn who both preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Gary L Sierer of Greenville, OH and her granddaughter whom they adopted, Skyler Sierer. She had four children with her first husband of 24 years, Charles James Noggle (Lois) of Muncie, IN: Shaun (Jackie) Noggle, Union City, IN, Greg Noggle, Union City, IN, Darla (Jim) Anderson, Union City, IN and Lena Eldridge (deceased). She left two step daughters, Lori (Tom) Ludwig, Cincinnati, OH and Lisa (Randy) Young, San Diego, CA. She had nine grandchildren (one of which is deceased), two step grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren (one of which is deceased), one step great grandchild and seven great great grandchildren (one of which is deceased). Evelyn had eight brothers and sisters: Bill (Julie) Bradburn, (deceased), Butch (Becky) Bradburn, Springfield, OH, Rick (Vickie) Bradburn, Greenville, OH, Stan/Sam (Darlene) Bradburn, Ashley, OH, Amber (Jerry) Manning, Winchester, IN, Randy (Shelia) Bradburn, (deceased), Dusty (Michelle) Bradburn, Greenfield, IN and Muriel (Bill) Rogers (deceased). Evelyn also had many nephews and nieces.
Evelyn was a homemaker for the majority of her life but had spent some years working in industry and in the restaurant business. She was a professional seamstress who made and repaired garments for businesses, friends and family.
She enjoyed singing and playing music on her guitar and mandolin, crocheting, sewing, making exotic deserts, growing flowers (especially roses), mowing the yard and helping family and friends in times of need. She was partial to the Boxer breed of dogs and had three during her lifetime; the last one, Cissie, too preceded her in death. The activity of which she was most fond was reading and teaching people what she had learned about the Bible. She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on January 19, 1963 and has served in the full-time ministry for nearly 15 years but served as such for many more years in the past as her circumstances allowed. She treasured the hope God’s Kingdom held out for all of us, the one that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matthew 6: 9 and 10. She absolutely loved teaching others what she had learned about God’s promises.
