She was born September 27, 1939 to Thurl (Curly) and Hazel (Teeter) Bradburn who both preceded her in death.  She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Gary L Sierer of Greenville, OH and her granddaughter whom they adopted, Skyler Sierer.  She had four children with her first husband of 24 years, Charles James Noggle (Lois) of Muncie, IN:  Shaun (Jackie) Noggle, Union City, IN, Greg Noggle, Union City, IN, Darla (Jim) Anderson, Union City, IN and Lena Eldridge (deceased).  She left two step daughters, Lori (Tom) Ludwig, Cincinnati, OH and Lisa (Randy) Young, San Diego, CA.  She had nine grandchildren (one of which is deceased), two step grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren (one of which is deceased), one step great grandchild and seven great great grandchildren (one of which is deceased).  Evelyn had eight brothers and sisters: Bill (Julie) Bradburn, (deceased), Butch (Becky) Bradburn, Springfield, OH, Rick (Vickie) Bradburn, Greenville, OH, Stan/Sam (Darlene) Bradburn, Ashley, OH, Amber (Jerry) Manning, Winchester, IN, Randy (Shelia) Bradburn, (deceased), Dusty (Michelle) Bradburn, Greenfield, IN and Muriel (Bill) Rogers (deceased).  Evelyn also had many nephews and nieces.

Evelyn was a homemaker for the majority of her life but had spent some years working in industry and in the restaurant business. She was a professional seamstress who made and repaired garments for businesses, friends and family.

She enjoyed singing and playing music on her guitar and mandolin, crocheting, sewing, making exotic deserts, growing flowers (especially roses), mowing the yard and helping family and friends in times of need.  She was partial to the Boxer breed of dogs and had three during her lifetime; the last one, Cissie, too preceded her in death.  The activity of which she was most fond was reading and teaching people what she had learned about the Bible.  She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on January 19, 1963 and has served in the full-time ministry for nearly 15 years but served as such for many more years in the past as her circumstances allowed.  She treasured the hope God’s Kingdom held out for all of us, the one that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matthew 6: 9 and 10.  She absolutely loved teaching others what she had learned about God’s promises.

Guestbook

I always loved when Evelyn, you and Skyler came to the office. Her strong and gentle spirit shone brightly and will be sorely missed.

Skyler and I wish to thank everyone for the overwhelming outpouring of love and comfort that we have received by cards, texts, e-mails and phone calls. That has kept us busy which has helped immensely. I've tried to answer all of the texts and e-mails as soon as possible but I have gotten behind at times. It's amazing how many of you drew strength and encouragement from Evelyn. It doesn't surprise me because she was always at the ready when someone called on her. Be assured, I'm happy if she was able to send some encouragement to you personally. That was just one of the many good things she did and just one of the reasons I am so very proud of her memory. In times of stress, perhaps you can take a moment to reflect on something she told you in the past, especially from the Bible, that might help you then. We hope you can join us at her memorial service, if not in person, then via the video broadcast. Once again, thank you all so very much!

In lieu of flowers, if you care to give a remembrance of Evelyn, please just put it into the contribution box at the Kingdom Hall, or mail it to that address. Checks can be made out to N Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Thank you very much, the family.

My deepest condolences to the family during this difficult time. Ev was very devoted to Jehovah and loved to teach others about the Bible. I will miss her quick witty remarks that would make me laugh and brighten my day. Ev will definitely be missed by everyone who knew her. Looking forward to the day that I will see you again!

We will see you soon Grandma Sierer. What a time that will be to see you smile as you are reunited with so many family members and friends. There will be no more sickness, pain, or death. Revelation 21:3-5
I can only imagine the questions you will have and want answered immediately in full detail. I will forever miss you. Until we meet again, sleep well. John 5:28,29
