I was privileged to know Allen Jefferis through First Christian Church when I was organist there. Remember him as a kind, gentle person who always had an encouraging word of support. He will be missed by the community, his many friends and his family.

Allen was the kindest man, and all from the Christian Church will miss him, as at times he was one of our leaders. Rest in peace Allen.

Dear Betsy and Family, I was saddened to hear of Allen’s passing. I have known Allen all of my life and a nicer person than he was will never be found. Union City benefited so greatly by his choice to come back home as a young married man and his “perfect match”bride also quickly became a wonderful asset to our hometown. I have many very fond memories of Allen and am happy to say, “Thank you Allen, your life has been well spent.”
