Carolyn Ann Beam

UNION CITY, OH - Carolyn A. Beam, 84, passed away Monday December 12, 2022, at Reid Health in Richmond. She was born June 25, 1938, in Union City, Ohio daughter of the late Robert and Blanche Crabbs Byrum.

 Carolyn was a cashier for many years working at Wright’s IGA, Marsh’s and finally retiring from LoBill’s.

 Survivors include her children, Lee (Dennis) Pouder of Union City, OH, Lynn (Duane) Pouder of Union City, OH; grandchildren, Shannon (Jason) Chappel, Jason (Tiffany) Pouder; great grandchildren, Daniel and Paul Chappel, Alyana and Liam Pouder; brother, Larry (Alice) Byrum; sister-in-law, Carol Beam; nephews, Randy (Mona) Byrum, Eric, Brian and Rex Beam; and a cousin, Cynthia (Jerry) Matthews.

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Owen Beam “2019;” and a brother-in-law, Bruce Beam.

 Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial to be in the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens in Ansonia, OH.
