Billie L Stewart

Billie L. Stewart, 93, went to be with Jesus January 29, 2022 at Reid Health in Richmond, IN. She was born June 2, 1929, daughter of the late William and Annie Mae Lay.

 Survivors include children Marie (George) Hughes, Steve (Diane) Stewart, Elaine (Allan) Mote, Richard Stewart II, Ila (Brent) Cooper; grandchildren, Doug (Miyuki) Hughes, Deanna Addington, Ricky Jo Hughes, Tabitha Martin, Aaron Stewart, Jeremy (Mary) Mote, Jason (Mandy) Mote, Justin Mote, Jasmine (Charlie) Mote-Spillman, Joshua (Annie) Stewart, Misty Qualls, Jamie Daughtery, Julie Shumaker, Nick (Renee) Cooper, Matt and Aisha Cooper; 39 great grandchildren; 16 great great grandchildren.

 In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Richard E. Stewart; siblings Neda Williams, Dolly Dean Jimmerson Lay and Harold Lay; grandchildren Amy Hughes and Dawn Hughes; and maternal grandparents Jessie and Maddie Holland.

 Her accomplishments were many and her life was long, her memory lives forever. Burial will be held in the Greenville-Union Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
