Amy Jo Hughes

Amy Jo Hughes, 45 passed away Thursday January 20, 2022 at her residence. She was born June 28, 1976, daughter of Mike Lindsey and Debbie Ullom Rench in Winchester, IN.

Amy married her husband of 24 years Ricky Hughes on June 28, 1997. She was a member of the Elks Lodge #1534 of Union City and worked as a HR Manager/Safety Administrator at Cast Metal Technologies and Applegate Steel and was also a beautician and a travel agent.
Survivors include her husband Ricky Hughes; sons Bailey Hughes and Cole Hughes; a grandson George Cooper Hughes; step dad Jeff Rench of Albany, IN; a brother Chris (Tisheena) Lindsey of Winchester, IN; uncles Jim (Karen) Ullom of Winchester, IN and Joe Ullom of Beavercreek, OH; in-laws George (Marie) Hughes of Union City, IN; several nieces and nephews also.
Amy was preceded by parents.
A memorial gathering to celebrate her life will be held from 11 am – 1 pm Saturday January 29, 2022 at the Reichard Funeral Home Inc., 400 W. Deerfield Rd., Union City, IN. A service will be held at 1 pm also at the funeral home with Jamie Livingston serving as the celebrant. A Lodge of Sorrow service will also be conducted by Elks Lodge #1534. Burial will be held later at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Elks Lodge #1534 Cancer Fund in her honor.
