Alice L Sewell

Alice LaVonne (Bonnie) Sewell 90, passed away Sunday January 3, 2021 at the Brethren retirement Community in Greenville, Ohio. She was born March 8, 1930 in Darke County, Ohio to the late Walter & Vesta Ketrow Brooks. Bonnie worked at Westinghouse in Union City, Indiana and was a homemaker. She was a member of The First Christian Church of Union City, Delta Theta Tau Sorority, Christian Women's Group, Women's Circle at the church. She was a 1948 Valedictorian of Jackson Ohio High School.
She is survived by her children, Bill (Roxanne) Stocksdale, Bobbie (Randy) Wenger both of Union City, Ohio, Becky (Frank) Burk of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Rachel (Chad) Emrick, Rob Wenger, Jaime Stocksdale, Jill (Matt) Guillozet, Sara (Jason) Richey, Adam (Ashley) Murdoch, Emily (Eric) Deese; step grandchildren, Karyn (Rick) Bruggeman, Monte Sewell; 7 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her parents; 1st husband, Robert Stocksdale; 2nd husband, Hubert Sewell; a step son, Gary Sewell; 3 sisters, Lucile Broadwell, Louise Harshman, Dellarose Sickels; and a brother, William Brooks.
Due to the Covid 19 Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in the Teegarden Cemetery, Ansonia, Ohio. No public calling hours or services.
