Adela Purdin

 Adela Purdin, 66, of Union City, OH, passed away Friday November 1, 2024, at Miami Valley Hospital.

 She was born Feb. 12, 1958, in Weslaco, TX, the daughter of Bernardo and Porfiria Garza Gonzales.

 Left to cherish her memory are 3 sons, Tony Purdin (Mykala) of Union City, IN Adelino Purdin of Union City, OH Lucas Purdin of Greenville, OH; 18 grandchildren, Sydney, Cody, Syenna, Caleb, Dominique, Jordan, Marley, Lincoln, Bryce, Kyler, Kelby, Isaiah, Kyrsten, Reina, Mylie, Jaxton, Michael, and Isaiah; great grandchildren, Koen, Kingston, Kaverly, and Oaklynn; companion, Michael Turner; 3 brothers, Macedonio Gonzalez, Carlos Gonzalez, and Robert Gonzalez; a sister, Mary Smedley and numerous nieces and nephews.

  She was preceded in death by her mother, Porfira Gonzalez, father, Bernardo Gonzalez, grandson, Kaden Purdin, brother, Bernie Gonzalez, sisters, Esabel Freoles, Enjelica Villa Pando, Porfira Guadian, and Ida Cruz.

  Adela enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking, and spending time with her family and grandkids.
